Kettle River Yoga and Wellness Retreat

Service Description

This 4 day retreat is in celebration of summer and Self. Kettle Falls Gatherings is located 90 miles north of Spokane Wa, nestled on the Kettle river and surrounded by nature. During this retreat you will enjoy farm to table heathy flavorful meals as well as daily yoga, breath work, and meditation. There is plenty to explore from hiking to taking the paddle boards or kayaks on the river. The retreat space offers more relaxing options as well like the cedar sauna, hot tub, and heated outdoor swimming pool. This retreat is for small groups to create a sense of connection while still having space for your individual time/space. Our intention for this 4 day retreat is to slow down, create space for you to fall into a natural rhythm in harmony with yourself and summer. We hope you will embody a sense of Santosha (contentment) while being inspired, refreshed, and renewed. Tentative schedule will look similar each full day there is always room for more or less: Thursday 7/11 3-5pm Arrive and get settled at Kettle Falls Gathering 5:00pm Opening Ceremony 6:00pm Welcome Dinner 8:00pm Moon Style Yoga Practice and Meditation Friday/Saturday 6:15am Wake-up Detox Ayurveda Hot Drink 6:30am Functional Movement and Breath work Yoga and meditation - Intention for the day 8:00am FREE TIME (sauna, hot tub, swim, shower, walk down to the river ect) 9:30-11am Meal - available when you are ready to eat from 930am-11am 12:00pm Optional Group Activity (hike, SUP, ect) 3:00pm Workshop (varied topic) 5:30pm Dinner as a group 8:00pm Yoga nidra, restorative, or yin practice (75 mins) Evening Bon Fire and Gathering Sunday 6:15am Wake-up 6:30am Functional Movement and Breath work Yoga and meditation - Intention for the day 8:00am FREE TIME (sauna, hot tub, swim, shower, walk down to the river ect) 9:30-11am Meal - available when you are ready to eat from 930am-11am 12:00pm Optional Group Activity (hike, SUP, ect) 2:00pm Closing Ceremony 2:30pm Departure $150 deposit non-refundable to reserve your spot (limitied space, small group), Single bed $750 total cost
