This is not a typical workshop. This is a space to move what’s been stuck, unbind old patterns, and come back to your truth.
So, Where in your life do you feel like you’re holding back? Where are you still shrinking to be understood? This is a space you can explore what it would feel like to stop holding back, to put down what's no longer yours to carry. An opportunity to stand tall, literally and take up space, find your authentic voice, and allow your truth to be seen fully.
