Join Travis & Kolbie for a 90-minute practice infused with grounding breathwork and Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep." This is a powerful yet restorative practice blends relaxation and meditation techniques, providing profound physical, mental, and emotional benefits which can be enhanced by the power of your breath.
During this practice your body enters a deeply relaxed state while the mind hovers between wakefulness and sleep, transitioning through alpha, theta, and sometimes delta brainwaves. These states are associated with deep relaxation, creativity, and healing processes. We will gently guide you into the parasympathetic nervous system, often called the "rest and digest" state. This shift helps lower stress hormones like cortisol, calms anxiety, and nurtures overall well-being, allowing your body and mind to experience deep relaxation and renewal.
