Join Nathan Page, certified Spiritual Director, for a 90-minute exploration around spirituality. Are you spiritually curious? Have you experienced trauma associated with institutional religion? Or maybe you are looking to explore your spirituality further. Spiritual direction is a nonjudgmental, exploratory practice focused on curiosity and connection to the sacred.

Nathan's intention is to create an inclusive, safe space for you to explore spirituality on your own terms while being supported by your community.

You can expect grounding practices to prepare for the practices and discussion so you are able to use this experience as a space for healing and exploration. The group will share personal reflections on reclaiming spirituality after pain. We will explore personal storytelling to illustrate the transformative power of being heard and finding a safe spiritual space. We will address the pain many experience from rigid, shame-based religious environments.
