Simple technique with resilience informs your practice and practice is experience. During your Month of Meditation commit to practice everyday, with support and community. This is a self disciplined practice supported with daily prompt and response for accountability and reflection. Intermittent conversations throughout the month with Travis & Kolbie Fletcher, owner & operators of Rooted Yoga PNW for support and growth. We will lay the foundation through theory and set the conditions for meditation to occur. Then it is up to you to instill a daily practice, with support from Rooted Yoga PNW. It is our hope to share the foundation of yogic practice and enhance your life through dedication and practice.
