This is a follow up from the first workshop but will review much of the fundamentals from the first session. Be present with your goals and intentions while learning and practicing the transitions to incorporate handstands and other arm balances into your asana practice. Using intelligence, discipline, and practice you will learn the foundation for the beautiful expressions of Asana (posture). Built on proper alignment you will use the building blocks and modifications needed to take your practice to the next level. All levels are welcome, come share, come learn, come get your Instagram worthy photo!
